Offensive Observations
We have been able to watch all of the first two practices and have the following thoughts on what we have seen from the offense: Quarterbacks It's been nice to see Deshaun Watson The back-ups have had ups and downs. Nick Schuessler Kelly Bryant Tucker Israel Running Backs It's hard to evaluate running backs in shorts, but Wayne Gallman Zac Brooks Tyshon Dye CJ Davidson might be the most athletic back if he can hold onto the football. Adam Choice CJ Fuller has looked good in the first two days. I think he is the kind of back that will look better with pads because he excels between the tackles. Wide Receivers This is the best unit on the team. Mike Williams Artavis Scott Charone Peake Ray Ray McCloud has had two very strong days. He looks smooth entering and exiting cuts. He accelerates coming out of his cuts. I think he can be a terrific punt returner. I also see the staff using him in a lot of different ways this season. McCloud is a five star without a doubt. Deon Cain Trevion Thompson Germone Hooper looks great about 70% of the time. The other 30% has been the issue for a couple of seasons. Tight Ends Stanton Seckinger Offensive Line After two days, I like the athleticism but have concerns about size and toughness. It's hard to tell without pads, but they move well. I still want to see Joe Gore Prayer List The prayer list is a medium for our community to recognize those that are in need. So. Quarterback
#4 6-2, 205
Gainesville, GA
View Full Profile back out there at full strength. He is an amazing athlete and might be the best quarterback in the country. With that said, Watson has shown a slight rust in each of the first two days. Maybe it's our high level of expectations. Whenever he misses a throw, we are shocked. It's not like he has been off by a lot, and we have to remember he hasn't been in an official practice since November. Maybe we should have expected some rust, but hey, it's Deshaun Watson, a guy that we get shocked over a bad throw.Nick Schuessler

View Full Profile is coming off a bad injury for his position. An Achilles is difficult to overcome, but Dye looks much better than a season ago. He is the most natural running back in my opinion. He has the best vision and best forward lean, but can he stay healthy and stay at full speed?Adam Choice
