Four-star offensive guard prospect
William Putnam (Tampa, Fla.) talked about his scheduled official visit for this weekend on social media Tuesday.
"Clemson official visit this weekend, really looking forward to this!" Putnam posted. Putnam is rated as high as the No. 3 offensive guard in the nation and No. 80 overall by 247Sports. Clemson offered Putnam in March and he made official visits already to Florida State (Oct. 19) and Auburn (Sept. 15) this season. No. 2 Clemson hosts Duke for its first night game of the season in Death Valley, at 7 p.m. Clemson official visit this weekend, really looking forward to this!#ALLIN????
