Jacob Bandes announced a Clemson offer on Monday.
Bandes, who is rated as high as the No. 3 DT in the nation (247Sports), posted the news on social media. "Man This Is Great Day To Be Offered By Clemson !!!!" Bandes said on Twitter. He competed at the Opening Finals and also released a top-8 schools list earlier this month. Bandes, who earned DL MVP honors in Dallas, posted a top group at the time made up of Oregon, Ole Miss, Florida, Colorado, Purdue, Illinois, California and Washington. Bandes tallied eight tackles for loss and 50 stops total with six sacks for Pittsburg High School.
