Clemson has offered 4-star 2019 strong-side defensive end Nathan Pickering Jr. from Seminary, MS (Seminary HS) on Thursday morning according to his Twitter account.
"Extremely blessed, honored and humbled to receive my 3rd ACC offer from the great Clemson University," Pickering posted. Mississippi's top lineman has national offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, Memphis, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Notre Dame, Oregon, Seton Hall, South Alabama, Southern Miss, Stanford, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and USC. His childhood favorite team growing up was Oregon. Pickering had 85 tackles including 39 tackles for a loss and five sacks last season. He was named USA Today's first-team All-Mississippi team for those efforts. In 2016, he had 72 tackles including 26 for loss, four sacks, four pass breakups, three forced fumbles, and an interception.
