Clemson has offered 2019 defensive end Mikel Jones from Miami, FL (Champagnat Catholic HS) on Wednesday.
Defensive coordinator Brent Venables handed out the offer and his main recruiter of record. Jones has early offers from Clemson, Iowa State, Southern University and Temple. The Owls were the first to offer him a football scholarship and his two of his favorite schools are Georgia and Stanford. In 2015, he was named 2nd team All-Dade County after recording 76 tackles, 12 sacks, three forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries.
