Clemson 2015 point guard commit Ty Hudson signed his NLI with Clemson on Wednesday afternoon as part of the early period in basketball (11/12 - 11/19). The NLI is a binding agreement between a prospective student-athlete and school.
Hudson is one of the top point guard prospects in the South with his tough and physical guard play. He had offers from Clemson, Georgia State, Houston, Kansas State, Mississippi, Oklahoma State, South Florida, UAB, Western Kentucky, Xavier and others. As a junior, he averaged 17.9 points, 4.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists per game. His team finished with a 24-6 record on the season. He also played in the Nike EYBL competition where he averaged 17.3 points, 4.1 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game.
