Clemson sophomore running back Travis Etienne spoke to the media following his team's 41-7 beatdown of No. 16 North Carolina State on Saturday.

Etienne was impressed by his freshman quarterback as the Wolfpack dared him to throw at times by putting eight defenders in the box.

"He showed me what he has been showing me that he is a player," Etienne said about Lawrence. "Big-time players make big-time plays in big-time games and that is exactly what he did. He just came out here and was just Trevor."

Lawrence was 26-for-39 passing for 308 yards and a touchdown.
