Report: Georgia expected to sit running back against Clemson |
Big news coming in early this morning.
Georga starting running back Trevor Etienne is expected to sit for Saturday's game against Clemson according to multiple reports. Etienne's DUI charge in May was dropped after he recently pleaded no contest to reckless driving and guilty to underage possession of alcohol, failure to maintain lane, and a window tint violation. Trevor is the younger brother of former Clemson star running back Travis Etienne, who now plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars. In two seasons at Florida, Trevor rushed for 1,472 yards and 15 touchdowns. The Bulldogs will also be without running back Roderick Robinson, who recently had toe surgery for his turf toe. He had 196 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries last season.
