Quintin Richardson will make his announcement today. He will announce between Clemson, South Carolina, and Tennessee. We believe this is an in-state battle.

We have spoken with multiple sources, and we were given reports that he is leaning to Clemson, and the other report said he was leaning to South Carolina. This should not come as a surprise.

Richardson is truly torn between the in-state schools. He will make his decision today at 6:30 PM, but Clemson, South Carolina, or Tennessee this one will not likely be over.

If he chooses an in-state school, we fully expect the other to continue to recruit him. Most players who make a decision in April will stick with the school unless a coach is fired or something unexpected happens.

Richardson may sign next February with the school he chooses today, but the gut feeling and the general feeling from other recruiting experts is this one will be far from over today.
