and 5-star linebacker target Rahshaun Smith.

Manuel is a consensus 5-star player and is regarded as one of the elite defensive players for 2016. IMG Academy has seven players that are competing in rank for the Top 20 Florida prospects for 2016.

He has national offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, LSU, Maryland, Miami, Mississippi State, Missouri, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Ohio State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas A&M and others.

Florida State and LSU are two teams to watch out for but he has scheduled several Spring visits including Clemson, Florida, LSU, West Virginia and Virgina Tech before he decides on a school. One of his main factors in his recruitment is playing time.
