TigerNet spoke with Fontaine on Monday and he said that had a "fun visit" to Clemson. "I only saw the football facilities but it was a wonderful experience. I also liked seeing the hill the team runs down," Fontaine said.

The highly-regarded prospect already has early offers from Georgia, Maryland and Penn State. He was named an Adidas Freshman All-American last season.

Fontaine's NIKE SPARQ stats at a recent event included a 5.28 40-yard dash, 4.75 timed-shuttle, 22.1 inch vertical jump and a 30' power ball throw.
