Clemson has offered 3-star defensive back D.J. Turner II from Suwanee, GA (North Gwinnett) on Thursday according to his Twitter account.
"Very blessed and excited to receive an offer from the National Champions - The Clemson Tigers," Turner posted. Turner has national offers from Auburn, Clemson, Duke, Kentucky, Louisville, Michigan, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Missouri, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Penn State, South Carolina, Southern Mississippi, Stanford, Tennessee, and Virginia. His first offer was from Southern Mississippi. He started 11 games in 2016 and had five interceptions and 12 pass breakups. The highly regarded prospect visited Clemson last season for the epic Clemson-Louisville game in Death Valley and the 2016 Dabo Swinney Football camp. He also visited Clemson in 2015 for the Wake Forest game and the 2015 Dabo Swinney Football camp.
