2018 4-star prospect and Auburn receiver commitment Matthew Hill announced an offer from Clemson football Wednesday night on Twitter.
“Blessed to say I’ve received an offer from Clemson University,” Hill said. Hill (6-2 185), who is rated as high as a top-100 prospect by 247Sports, committed to Auburn in August, holding offers at the time from Alabama, Ohio State, Florida, Florida State, South Carolina and more Power 5 schools. The Brookwood product was named AJC Super 11 preseason coming off taking Region 7-AAAAAAA player of the year as a junior, totaling 1,986 all-purpose yards (849 receiving, 625 rushing and 512 on kick returns) and recording 24 tackles and three pass breakups.
