2017 Clemson wide receiver Chandler Ellerbe from Tucker, GA had a great time at his unofficial visit this past weekend for the Clemson-Syracuse game.

TigerNet spoke to him about his first visit to Clemson and he came away very impressed. "This will be my first visit to Clemson," said Ellerbe. "I like the way the coaches put emphasis on being a family among the players, it's pretty cool."

"I met with Coach Hobby for a long time while I was eating. He seems interested in me and he knew my name and what school I attended. Coach Hobby wants me back up there to meet Coach Scott. So I am planning to come back the GA State & SC game."

The coaching staff also wants him to attend the 2015 Dabo Swinney football camp and evaluate him. Ellerbe said that he would be attending the camp.

Ellerbe transferred schools during the season and will be going to camps to showcase his talent. "I have no offers as of yet, but have interest from UAB, LSU, Cincinnati, North Texas, Florida St, Miami."

He would not mind playing in college with his friends 2017 ATH Cam Easton and 2017 ATH Kevin Mensah.
