Clemson will sign two wide receivers in this class, and they are very close to being halfway there. Kendrick Johnson attended the Tommy Bowden Football camp, and he came away very impressed.
"I really liked it up there. I did not commit, but Clemson is my leader. I need to discuss some things with my family. We are talking about coming back to Clemson in a few weeks for an unofficial visit." Clemson, Florida, and Georgia have all offered. Johnson performed extremely well during the camp. "The camp went really well for me. I tested really well. I ran a 4.4 twice. I just went to Clemson with the right attitude. I knew if I performed well, things could happen." Recruiting coordinator David Blackwell is recruiting Johnson. "Coach Blackwell is a good recruiter. This weekend I saw everything he said about Clemson was true. It is a great place to go to school and play football." We will continue to track Johnson closely over the next few weeks.
