Right-handed power pitcher commits to Clemson

6-1, 160-pound right-handed power pitcher Davis Agle has committed to Clemson on Wednesday night according to his Twitter account.

Agle was 6-4 with a 5.18 ERA with 38 strikeouts in 40 innings at Spartanburg Methodist last season. He was drafted in the 27th round (#797 pick) by the Philadelphia Phillies but turned it down.

He is a converted position player that has a very lively arm with a fastball that has been clocked up to 95.
