Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney and defensive coordinator Brent Venables visited Isaiah Simmons from Olathe, Kansas on Monday.
Simmons plans to take an official visit to Clemson this weekend. He has offers from Arizona State, Clemson, Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Louisville, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri and Nebraska. On offense, he had 29 catches for 994 yards (34.3 average) and 13 touchdowns during his senior season. He was also a standout on the defensive side of the ball. He recently participated in the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl game and plans to announce his college choice on National Signing Day.
