Four-star 2019 Lakeland, Florida safety Brendan Gant announced a Clemson offer on Friday.
“Blessed to receive an offer from Clemson University,” Gant posted on Twitter, while on an unofficial visit to Ohio State. Gant was an Alabama commitment from December to April, adding in his decommitment announcement that the Crimson Tide are still one of his top schools. He is a Nike Opening finalist and will compete in the 2019 Under Armour All-American Game. In addition to Ohio State, Gant has also visited Florida State, Florida, Miami, Georgia and Georgia Tech this spring.
