4-star 2018 defensive lineman Darnell Jeffries from Covington, GA (Newton HS) has committed to Clemson on Monday according to his Twitter account.

Jefferies has national offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Clemson, Colorado State, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, Louisville, Mississippi State, Notre Dame, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, and West Virginia.
"It was a great trip," Jeffries told TigerNet recently about his visit to Clemson. "I love the new facilities and the entire coaching staff."
He will be in attendance in the upcoming Dabo Swinney Football camp that starts up again on Tuesday.
