Former Clemson point guard Shelton Mitchell was drafted in the second round (#61st pick) by the Salt Lake City Stars in the 2019 NBA G League draft on Saturday.

In 32 games at Clemson last season, Mitchell ranked third on the Tigers in scoring (11.5) and second in assists per game (3) and free throw percentage (83.3).
