From the Spartanburg Herald :
DeStefano was also a finalist for the U.S. Army All-American Game. However, he said there was a big factor in his decision to go with the Under Armour Game. “I had originally received a lot of interest for the Army game,” he said. “But when the Under Armour game came calling, I saw where I had a few of my future teammates at Clemson playing. That was huge for me.” DeStefano plans to graduate from Dorman in December. From there, he said it’s on to the all-star game and then immediately beginning work at Clemson. “The second I graduate, I’m going to Clemson,” he said. “I have a laundry list of things I want to fix before I can think about competing on that level.”
“I’m going to do a lot of maintenance work over the next week,” he said. “The season begins for us in a week.”
