Clemson remains No. 2 in latest AP Poll, 70 points behind Alabama

Clemson is still No. 2 behind Alabama in the new Associated Press Top 25 released on Sunday.

The Tigers have 1,433 points, which is seventy points behind Alabama for the No. 1 spot. Georgia and Ohio State are both tied for third with 1,393 total points. The rest of the Top 10 consists of LSU, Oklahoma, Florida, Wisconsin, Notre Dame, and Penn State.

Clemson is joined in the AP ranking by Wake Forest (19) and Virginia (20) from the ACC, while week two foe Texas A&M hung on to a No. 24 spot.

Baylor (22) and Cincinnati (25) debut into this week's Top 25 ranking.

Clemson was No. 2 in the Amway Coaches Poll that was released earlier today.
