Recruiting: Louisiana Lineman Very Interested in the Tigers |
Aaron Meyer Offensive lineman John Curtis Christian School (Mullins, La.) 6'3", 290 lbs. After leading John Curtis Christian School through a regular season which included just one loss, Meyer was a big factor in the Patriots advancing to the state title game, where they lost a hard-fought 12-7 battle. Although the team didn't keep offensive stats, it wasn't hard to see that Meyer was an impact player. The schools which are recruiting him and have made offers are Clemson, UCLA, Colorado, Louisville, and Mississippi. Meyer said that he is leaning towards Colorado and UCLA, but that isn't because he has no interest in Clemson. "Clemson is a great school, and I would love to play there," Meyer said. "But they don't seem to be as interested as the other two schools are." Meyer will visit UCLA on January 9, Colorado on January 16, and Mississippi on January 23. He has been visited at his home by coaches from UCLA and Colorado, and is being recruited by Clemson coach Burton Burns.
