Litchfield High School (Gadsen, AL)
6-0, 180

Litchfield High School (Gadsen, AL) is currently in the second round of
the state playoffs, and a big reason for that is the play of their Mr.
Everything, La' Donte Harris. Heading into last week's first round game,
the senior had 227 yards passing, 241 yards receiving, and 645 yards
rushing.

"They have had me doing a little of everything this season," Harris said.
"I played wide receiver and running back the first five games, quarterback
the next five, and last week they put me back at receiver."

The multi-talented Harris will be a Tiger next season, having already
verbally committed. He watched Clemson's stunning win over Florida
State last week on television, and said that his commitment to Clemson has remained
the same, even with the rumors circulating about the future of Coach
Tommy Bowden.

"I committed to Clemson because it was one of the first schools to offer
me," Harris said. "I talked with my father and coaches about it, and
decided it was the best choice for me."

"I haven't really been thinking about the situation with Coach Bowden,
but I really hope he stays."
