Mickey Plyler on Register: "Clemson needed help at both positions Register could play. If he stays at linebacker then he will be a run stopping inside linebacker. If he moves to defensive end he will be an athletic pass rusher. Many feel he will grow out of that linebacker spot pretty early in his career. I loved Register at the Shrine Bowl. he plays hard and has good instincts. Against the run, he was as good as any linebacker in the Shrine Bowl."
