Clemson sophomore running back Travis Etienne set career highs in rush attempts (27), yards (203) and touchdowns (3) to surge up the NCAA statistical rankings this week.

He now ranks second nationally in yards per carry (8.1) and also in the top-15 in rushing touchdowns (4th; 8), total touchdowns (5th; 9), rushing yards (7th; 594) and rushing yards per game (11th; 118.8).

Despite the QB shuffle, Clemson improved to 16th-best in total offense (497.6). The bulk of Clemson's top stats reside on the defensive side with top-15 efforts through five games in total defense (4th; 263.6), TFLs per game (9th; 9), rushing defense (10th; 95), sacks per game (11th; 3.4) and third down defense (13th; 28.9).
