Mickey,

With all the success of the program do you see a change in the attendance policy for the Spring Game?

Thanks,

BP

BP,

I assume you are asking if they will charge for tickets for the spring game? I would doubt it. I think they want a full stadium for the spring game to help recruiting. Georgia had over 90,000 last year, and it was impressive. Clemson would love to have a great turn out for the prospects.

Mickey

I was wondering if Dabo had a bet with Saban for this year's championship game - and if so, has Saban paid?

Cufan

Cuban,

Great question. I have not heard anything about that. Maybe one of our readers could help us.

Mickey, it amazes me how we come up with #13’s. It started with Tyler Gresham, continued with Adam Humphries, and has gone to legendary status with Hunter Renfro. For a long time #93 was the sacred number and whoever wore it had a legacy to live up to. I still believe that is the case, but now the lore of #13 has been added. Could it be Will Swinney or another walk-on flying under the radar? I feel confident they will find that one guy who will earn the right to wear #13. I can’t wait to see who it is.

Stuart

Stewart,

Will Swinney was at the recruiting wrap-up Wednesday and was wearing number 16. Remember Hunter Renfrow still has two years of eligibility remaining.

Mickey,

“You just look at the draft this year - 103 juniors that have come out early for the draft and only eight of the 103 have a degree and four of the eight are from Clemson - Deshaun Watson, Wayne Gallman, Mike Williams and Artavis Scott. Two of them graduated in three years. That's just the culture we have. Our guys graduate, they stay and that's awesome. A guy like Tyrone Crowder who could've left but comes back for his fifth year. Same thing with Carlos Watkins this past year. We have a culture like that here. That's the only way I know how to explain it. I don't know how to create more scholarships. Somebody teach me that math and maybe I can figure it out, but we're loyal to the guys that are here. That's who I'm committed and loyal to.”

Gerald

Gerald,

Very good observation. The staff is very proud of those numbers and will use it in recruiting. Prospects like the idea of the NFL in three years and parents love the idea of graduating in three years. There is a lot to be said about those amazing numbers.

Mickey,

Who would be the dark house recruit in this class we just signed on Wednesday?

Go Tigers!

Gervonte

Gervonte,

With the coverage of 365 days and with only 14 signees, it's hard to have dark horses. However, I love Logan Rudolph's motor. He is relentless. I also think Baylon Spector will be a better player than some expect.
