Bowers' knee a concern for some

by -

According to the National Football Post:

"NFL teams reportedly believe that Clemson DE Da'Quan Bowers "has a serious knee issue," that could cause him to drop all the way out of the first half of round one. This could be a smokescreen from the Vikings or Rams or any team drafting in the teens that wants a top-five talent to slip, but it sounds more like concern Bowers potentially needing microfracture surgery is real. NFLN's Mike Lombardi recently suggested that Bowers' knee may involve "degenerative arthritis." This should be cleared up during his April 8 medical recheck."
