ESPN college football analyst and new Clemson dad Kirk Herbstreit had his annual Herbies predictions
previewing college football released on Friday.
Herbstreit, whose sons Jake and Tye are walking on for Clemson football now, has the Tigers facing off with his alma mater Ohio State in the College Football Playoff, and winning -- but falling short of a back-to-back run in the title game versus Alabama. He also has Clemson topping Miami in the ACC title game. Among his individual accolades, Travis Etienne is listed as a top-five "ultimate game-changer," Tee Higgins as one of the "most pro ready" but Justyn Ross in the "best WR" category, A.J. Terrell as a "top guy on an island," James Skalski among his top comeback candidates, Xavier Thomas among those with the "biggest shoes to fill" and Clemson is picked as one of the best stadium entrances. .@KirkHerbstreit’s Ultimate Game Changer: @ClemsonFB RB Travis Etienne ?? pic.twitter.com/3LQeWntjZD
