Clemson star senior guard Marcquise Reed went down with an apparent knee injury during Clemson's 65-60 win over St. Peter's on Tuesday.

Clemson coach Brad Brownell said Reed will undergo an MRI on Wednesday, adding that he is "very concerned." Trainers were working on one of Reed's knees after he landed on it on a drive to the hoop and limped to the bench. Reed briefly reentered the game and came back out.

Reed topped the 1,000-career point mark in November and was a second-team All-ACC selection preseason.

Reed came into the game leading the Tigers with 19.1 PPG and ranked second in rebounds per game (5.9).
