Row, that is right. There have many GREAT College Coaches who have never played one down of foot but turned out to be one of the GREATEST COACHES of all time. I think that is what we have in WG.

That’s also correct. I believe he started with the baseball program (legendary coach Ron Polk) and then was introduced to the football coaches and worked with them.

Chad Morris went to Texas A&M and got a BS in mathematics. He played high school football, but not college. That worked out well enough for us.

Mike Leach never played. Paul Johnson never played. Sonny Dikes, Hughe Freeze, Dave Cutcliffe, never played college ball. Bill Walsh, Vince Lombardi and many others never played in the NFL.
