Pro terrorist leftists are driving and marching around England screaming "f### the jews", "rape their daughters" etc in the same country that has imprisoned people for posting memes mocking the transgender flag on social media. This is the lefts wet dream reality where they can drive around calling for your death or to be raped, without fear of being held accountable, but if you post a meme they don't like they can send you to prison. Not happy about it either. I am desperately hoping Trump goes away - preferably to jail - and an adult like Nikki Haley winds up with the nomination.
The crazy that's spilled into view over this whole Hamas/Israel thing from the left seriously took me aback...I mean, leftists historically have been anti-racism, now this blatant and intense anti-Semitism is walking around on college campuses in full light of day...it's bizarre. About as bizarre as the far right suddenly deciding they're buddies with Russia now and Putin is the good guy.
In both cases, I wonder if the cause is the same: social media manipulation. We know Russians trolls have been at us since at least the early 2010's, and I've heard now Iran has gotten into the game in a big way. I do wonder if we're seeing the results with this. I do know these abrupt about-faces in attitudes on both extremes have been eye-opening...I'm starting to suspect we are seriously underestimating the effect bad foreign actors are having on public discourse. I talked to a couple twenty-somethings about it the other day and they admitted they got most of their "news" from TikTok. And you have to look no further than this board to see the unbelievably poisonous effect social media is having as far as radicalizing the far right.

This is not surprising at all. Many on the left have had an oppressor vs. oppressed mentality in which racial discrimination (amongst other types of discrimination) is acceptable. This oppressor vs. oppressed mentality seems to work in a hierarchy. This hierarchy is based on immutable characteristics. Whether you are right or wrong doesn't matter. What matters is where you are on the oppression hierarchy. This is not surprising at all. This basic social structure has been pushed by the left for at least 30 years.

Of course it's social media manipulation. Talk to someone of college age and ask them about what they see and hear.
