Florida Atlantic coach Lane Kiffin has a track record of doing some unconventional things during his professional coaching career. Kiffin decided to make an unusual splash again on Monday by offering middle schooler Kaden Martin a full football scholarship. He is the son of Southern California assistant coach Tee Martin and the brother of Clemson commit Amari Rogers.
Kaden is currently a 13-year old quarterback at Adams Middle School in Redondo Beach, California. He is also a standout left-handed pitcher for his middle school. Yes...he's a middle schooler and a 2023 recruit. Y'all give my little brother a follow @kaden_17 just picked up his first offer at 13! #OnlyTheBeginning pic.twitter.com/9UPQqbCW8P
