Four-star 2020 D.C. cornerback Luke Hill announced his top schools Sunday evening and Clemson made the cut.
The Tigers are in a top-10 with Maryland, Virginia Tech, South Carolina, Penn State, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Nebraska, Florida and Alabama. Hill most recently picked up an offer from Alabama on a visit this weekend but he has called Clemson a "dream school" and will visit for the second session of Dabo Swinney's camp. “Just at a young age, I’ve always been a fan of Clemson," Hill told TigerNet in a May interview. "I used to watch the documentaries, and learn about the DB’s that played there, and the ones that are there at the moment. When I played the NCAA football video game I used to always be Clemson so that just pushed me towards my dream school." “One thing I want to do (on the Clemson visit) is sit down and talk to coach Reed, and talk about the depth chart, And sit down and talk about what I want to major in, “Hill said. “To make sure it’s strong at Clemson academic-wise and check out the facility.” Hill is rated as high as the No. 6 cornerback in the nation by 247Sports.
