Five-star Clemson QB commit DJ Uiagalelei and St. John Bosco (Ca.) improved to 7-0 on the season behind another big game from Uiagalelei in a 49-10 win over JSerra Catholic (Ca.).
Uiagalelei topped triple digits passing (251) and rushing (109), splitting six touchdowns evenly through the air and the ground. He racked up a good chunk of that rushing total on a 73-yard TD run. “That was pretty tight,” Uiagalelei told the LA Times. “I don’t run that much, so I was pretty gassed at the end. I was just hoping I didn’t get caught at the one-yard line.” He has 30 total touchdowns on the season, with just short of 2,000 passing yards (1,993). No. 2 St. John Bosco and JSerra Catholic all tied at 7.
