Four-star Fort Lauderdale, Florida safety Jordan Battle announced a Clemson offer on Monday.

Battle is rated as high as the No. 3 safety in the nation by 247Sports and holds offers from Ohio State, Georgia, Miami, Oklahoma and Texas among more Power 5 interest.

"Blessed to receive an offer from Clemson University," Battle posted on Twitter.

Battle has made stops at Southern Cal, Miami and Syracuse so far this year and Ohio State has been regarded as a favorite, but he did not make Ohio State's spring game as scheduled in April.

2020 St. Thomas Aquinas teammate Derek Wingo also received an offer Monday.
