#156 Overall, #38 SF, #10 NC
3-star 2018 small forward Hunter Tyson from Gastonia, North Carolina (Piedmont Community) has committed to Clemson on Monday.
Tyson took his official visit to Clemson last weekend and it appears that he had a great visit to Tiger Town. He had offers from App State, Charlotte, Clemson, Davidson, DePaul, East Carolina, Elon, Michigan, Tennesse, and Virginia Tech. The 6-foot-8 forward is a skilled wing player that can shoot the three and stretch the floor for the Tigers but also has decent handles and can take it to the basket for the score. As a sophomore, he averaged 19.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.1 blocks. Very glad to have my brother committed to play alongside me at Clemson
