Clemson freshman quarterback Trevor Lawrence had no problem taking care of business in the Goodyear Cotton Bowl defeating Notre Dame 30-3 on Saturday.

Lawrence knows that this season is almost up and wants to end on a great note in the National Championship game against Alabama.

"We just want to leave everything out there," he said. "We only got one more week. We are really excited for it."

Lawrence was asked about the big stage that the Tigers would be playing at regarding the National Championship.

"The fact that it’s the National Championship is a big deal but I think we’re ready and I’m ready. It’s just football. We just want to go out and do our best."

For the season, Lawrence has completed 239 out of 365 passes for 2933 yards and 27 touchdowns.
