ESPN has released its latest ACC Power Rankings after Week 4 on Sunday afternoon and the Clemson football team is rated #1 overall.

It thinks that Clemson is in a must-win situation with Notre Dame and must hold the ACC banner for a possible elite team.

"Clemson has 15 days to get ready for Notre Dame, which cruised to a big win over UMass after struggling early," ESPN stated. "This is a must-win game for Clemson and, by extension, the ACC's College Football Playoff hopes."

Clemson has had four straight 10-win seasons, a first for the program since Clemson had four straight 10-win seasons between 1987-90 and it also the first time the Tigers have won three straight bowl games since 1986-90.

The full ACC power rankings list includes Clemson (#1), Florida State (#2), Miami (#3), Duke (#T4), North Carolina State (#T4), North Carolina (#6), Georgia Tech (#7), Syracuse (#8), Boston College (#9), Pittsburgh (#10), Virginia Tech (#11), Louisville (#12), Wake Forest (#13) and Virginia (#14).
