WATCH: Unveiling of new tombstone, message from former players to current team

by - Assoc. Editor -

Grady Jarrett and Robert Smith addressed their former Clemson teammates after the new Oklahoma tombstone was unveiled on Wednesday afternoon.

Grady Jarrett - "Just keep the good work going. Y'all know what it is - hard work. There is no corner cutting. There is no easy way to do it. We put a lot of these things in here for bowl wins, but that big one is coming. It is going to take hard work and dedication from every last one. Everyone being on the same page. You got a great leader. Follow your coach."

Robert Smith - "All of you go out there and carry on the tradition. There isn't nothing changed. A lot of people ask me about the defense and what's going to happen. Y'all still going to be No. 1 regardless. Don't let no one tell you y'all are not. The same way with the offense. I feel you got a chance to go all the way this year. Don't let no one tell you that you can't. You know what it takes. No one is out there working harder than you. Trust me. We have seen the players out there and they don't do what we do. Just keep working hard and y'all going to get it."
