It used to only apply to wins on an opponent's home field, but

that's been expanded to encompass wins in bowl games and on neutral fields (on the road) ...

It changed for the TN game to include top 10 bowl wins.

There were probably 20 teams that would have drummed the Sooners in that bowl game.....but carry on.
