WATCH: ESPN analysts give their Top 5 CFB rankings

by - Assoc. Editor -

ESPN analysts Joey Galloway and Jesse Palmer gave their top five rankings in college football during ESPN's 'College Football Final' show.

Galloway had Clemson ranked No. 1 while Palmer had them No. 2 overall.

"It's funny, statistically on defense they are better than a lot of categories than even a year ago," Palmer said. "Trevor Lawrence reminds me a lot of Sam Darnold from a few years back. You watch him play and 98 percent of the time he is doing amazing things and then he does something that just makes you scratch your head. There is a bad interception somewhere there but they had a nice bounceback win after that win against UNC a few weeks back."
