The Suwanee, Georgia product is a sixth Tiger to be selected in the draft so far, joining Seth Beer (28th, Houston Astros), Ryley Gilliam (140th, New York Mets), Ryan Miller (189th, Arizona Diamondbacks), Chris Williams (244th, Minnesota Twins) and Jake Higginbotham (322nd, Atlanta Braves). Good things happen to guys who work hard, do things right, and put their team first! Ever since I was 10 years old it was my dream to play baseball at Clemson and wear the orange and purple. Thanks for the memories @ClemsonBaseball and glad to be a part of Tiger Nation forever. #GoTigers pic.twitter.com/ROiQJb6cka
