Alabama has posters of Clemson's 35-31 win in their locker room |
The SEC's heavyweight football team Alabama lost to Clemson 35-31 as the Crimson Tide faithful were shocked and disappointed to watch their team get physically worked in the second half of last season's title game.
Alabama head coach Nick Saban said on Wednesday during SEC Media Days that "everybody was hurt" by the Clemson defeat according to ESPN. "We played against a really, really good team ... and we weren't able to finish the game like we needed to," Saban said. "There were a lot of lessons to learn, and hopefully we won't waste a failure." Alabama star receiver Calvin Ridley confirmed that his team is still not over the Clemson loss and have reminders daily as they have posters of the final play and score in the locker room and in his dorm. "We have a chip on our shoulder," Ridley said. #Bama WR Calvin Ridley says there are posters of the final play & score of the #Clemson loss around the lockerroom & in his dorm.
