Mickey Plyler on Simmons: Simmons is a huge safety that looks like Kearse did coming out of high school. He is known for his hitting. Simmons got nice reviews from his national all-star game and his video is impressive. Obviously this is a position where Clemson will need some immediate help and a place where depth is a big concern.

Reminds Plyler of: Jayron Kearse

Clemson offered 1/15/16.
