I happen to know who Tyler is and his experience from his infamy has made him move on from being a Clemson fan.

Not surprising really. I think that will be happening more and more as college ball becomes NFL-lite.

From that call. Just sounded like a spoiled reactionary online fan.
I never liked the idea to give him credit or lionize him for that call.
The way he attacked Dabo personally went beyond just complaining about the team.

He told the truth. All he did was ask Dabo why we continue to pay him $11.5 million a year if he refuses to adapt to the times.
That's an entirely valid question. Dabo is the second highest-paid coach in all of college football. He is paid to compete for championships every year. That is the sum total of his job responsibilities. And he has not come even close in 5 years, despite having a ton of talent. We've also seen him award his friends and family with jobs worth millions of dollars of our donated money. This has all led to a lack of success on the field. And despite that lack of success, we've seen him do next to nothing to address it. In the process, he has made us toxic to elite recruits.
Those are FACTS, and even if stupid cultists who think Dabo is more important than Clemson University or the state of South Carolina disagree, that is a perfectly valid question. But Dabo instead acted like a child and threw a temper tantrum instead of acting like a coach.
Also, asking about plans to win a championship after three straight seasons of mediocrity is hardly reactionary. Most elite programs would fire their coach for three seasons of poor performance. We're likely going to see that with Oklahoma and Venables this year. We might see it with Ryan Day and Ohio State. Whenever I see a post like yours, calling Tyler "spoiled" because he expects success if we're going to pay Dabo like this, I know exactly what the poster is like. You're a loser who expects mediocrity from yourself and others.

Here's the part that was a personal attack against Dabo from Tyler

"Before you categorize me as being in the 1.5 percent, I was going to Clemson games and my entire family, going back generations has been going to Clemson games when you're in commercial real estate. So I'm not going to accept being and that 1.5 percent.. And I respect the fact that you're a man of faith… I’m curious if you've ever read Proverbs 16:18, which talks about pride come for the fall." - Tyler
He made several little digs at Dabo personally that went beyond just questioning about the team.
But I can see why you are a fan of Tyler, since you also threw in a personal attack at the end of your message calling me a loser. I actually posted a thread this week critiquing Dabo for always bringing up past success after a loss. So I am certainly not saying Dabo should never get criticism and saying Tyler was out of line is not the same as saying Dabo should never be questioned.

Once again. Those aren't insults. They're valid questions. Dabo has acted arrogantly the past 5-7 years. It affects many people who achieve success. Dabo surrounded himself with yes men for a couple years and only Venables would push back on him. He then replaced Venables with another yes man. It sounds prideful to only choose friends and family to surround yourself with and refuse to admit your approach on the portal was wrong. And yes, pride does often come before a fall.
You insulted Tyler first, who was a real Clemson fan and a marine serving this country, who just asked a serious question. But it went against your mantra so you personally attacked him. I could be wrong about you, but typically, someone who accepts mediocrity in one aspect of life accepts it in all aspects of life.

It was a great call by Tyler and I do think it helped light a fire under the entire staff. Dabo can't take honest criticism and people like you encourage Dabo's behavior. He has put a substandard product on the field since Trevor left.

We were substandard Trevor's last year. He was just so good, he made us look much better than what we were.

I would like to ask Dabo and coaches about two items on the loss to Louisville: blocked field goal kicks and 4th an 1 plays. Being last in the FBS for blocked field goals is horrible , when you have one of the best kickers in the nation. I say use linebackers on the corners to block fast players on the other side. On 4th and 1, Peter Woods was effective leading Phil Mafah to get the first down If Peter Woods is injured, train another wide strong body to replace him .

Find a team that fits your potentially low IQ. Cooterville is too intelligent for you.
