Official Game Score Prediction Thread Clemson vs GaTech

Since first game of the year, and is on a Thursday, I’m putting this out a little earlier than usual.
The nerds have a whole new coaching staff, new system, which will help them in the long run, but this year w all the same players chosen previously to run a option offense it’s not gonna be a fun time in the Valley for the bumble bees. The spread started at 35 and then climbed down to around 33.5. In not sure Tigers win by that much bc CDS will play a ton of players since he will still be figuring out the starting lineup for the season. My prediction is 45-17 Tigers.

We always seem to start the season slow because we like to build depth for later in the season plus we have an inexperienced front 7 going against a new GT style offense we don’t really have film on I’m going to say GT scores in the low 20’s and we score in the 30’s BUT(we have to potential to put up 60+). Just going with how we always start the season slow. But for an exact score prediction I’m going with good guys 38 and the bees 20.

I am guessing around a 14 point win. If you look at the past with BV especially, he stresses the defense ungodly early in the season. He will put people out on an island and leave them in very difficult reads to have really good footage and film for teaching moments. This will give up more points. Trust me, BV will be doing that with this GT team as well.
The same goes for the offense, running backs will be stressed, the line will be stressed... the thing with the offense though is they are soooo much better than, well, everyone. With that being said, maybe not 14 points maybe 28 points. But I think GT will score in the 20-30s because of teaching 40 freshmen how to play, how to read, what to not bite on.

because they lost too much on defense. Look at this pitiful play. We did the same thing with the SC game last year. We stressed our DBs by playing for ND and Bama.
Everyone says we just prepped for Bama for the ND game. That was not true, we did that with SC and Pitt. Watch Dabo wanting our offense to hurry up late in the game vs SC. It was to get the ball back in the hands of SC offense to stress DBs some more.

I think GT will be overwhelmed by the first string offense so lots of points get scored early until they pull the first string, and then the 2nd string will probably get a couple TDs too.
I'm giving GT 21 points due to the uncertainty of what their offense will run, first game jitters for some newer players on D, etc.
