Plus, drinking 9% ABV cloudy beers that taste like a cat ate your stash and pissed through a dusty old leather handbag is just plain unappealing.

Elysian Spacedust at $8.99/6 pack
So I snagged a couple and mowed the lawn whilst drinking those. Went down like regular cold yardwork beers, but other than that it was a horrible idea.

I get tge possibility of rising insurance rates and i do hate small businesses having to close , but this micropub thing is kust a recent target for cyclical hedonism. Folks will move to on something else. Wine always comes around, it was cigars not too long ago...not sure what the next might be but seems the IPA stuff has about run its course.

I'm not totally sure if the same insurance bs that is killing music venues is killing these places too but it would not surprise me.

Paying an extra 70k a year for insurance is a ball buster for a small bis. And all cause that women on foley killed that bride.

Most people realized that a lot of those small breweries make terrible beer and charge you $16 for a 4 pack.

2 or so 12-packs of an easy drinking lager when I buy beers.
Last time it was
4 Pack of Tropical Lightening IPA from Wilmington Brewing 4 Pack of Taco Life from Wilmington Brewing 12 pack of Montucky Cold Snacks 12 pack of Pacifico
That way you have a good beer or two on hand if you want just one or want to prime the pump and a case or so of beers you can slam that still taste good.
Montucky is so good but I couldn't get it in SC. Apparently it is in NC now.
