Won't be on much TH & FR so wanted to get this out of my system now. Been noodling on the FSU game.
APM sincerely saw signs of hope in the 2nd half of CSU and the 1st half of FAU. Good passes, good catches, good runs, good (or at least much, much better) play calling. And while APM would love to see the defense living in the opponents' backfield, the data show our D is doing just fine.
Thing is, this is FSU, not Chawstun Southern or FAU. I don't think we will be able to just carve up their defense if we play well. AND, and, in competitive games, teams usually need a kicker (see Dook, see Tennessee). While it would be the Dabo-iest thing ever if a graduate school unretired kicker came in off the beach to kick a game winner as time expires, I don't find that a likely scenario.
So, in summary, APM is skeert and will now pray Lewis Grizzard's famous prayer: "Dear Lowered, help us to accept the butt kickin we are about to receive. Amen."
And what I learned is that before diving into deeper questions, it's best to warm up the group with a couple of open-ended questions that allow participants to get to know each other a little bit. Participants should have the liberty to decide how much they want to share with the group. Don’t force anyone to share something they may not feel comfortable sharing.
By including a question that allows people to talk about something tangential to the topic of the focus group, your participants will begin to build empathy for each other. That empathy can grow into trust, which is essential for eliciting honest insights out of your group.
Here are a few questions I asked to build trust:
"Share an aspect of your work or life experience that has brought you here today." "Why did you decide to join our focus group today?" "When and how did you first come across our brand/product/service?"
Focus Group Question Examples were used to Encourage Follow-up and Continuation of Ideas The most helpful insights that came from my focus group were often the most specific points. I Challenged my participants to reflect on their comments when something sparked my curiosity. For instance:
"That's a fascinating point that [name] just said — what do you all think of that?" "Do you agree or disagree with [name]'s statement, and why?" "[Name], you've been a bit quiet recently. Did you have any thoughts on this topic that you wanted to share?"
CLEMSON VS FLORIDA STATE THIS GAME WILL CONFIRM FOR THE ENTIRE WORLD JUST HOW POWERFUL NIL AND THE PORTAL ARE. DOES FSU HAVE THE NEW TEMPLATE FOR SUCCESS GOING FORWARD? IS CLEMSON DOMINATION DURING THE DABO ERA GONE FOR GOOD? SHOULD DABO HAVE SIGNED SEBASTIAN JANIKOWSKI FROM THE PORTAL INSTEAD OF BRINGING ASHTON HOWELL BACK FROM CHARLESTON FOR A 7TH YEAR? STAY TUNED AT NOON SATURDAY FOLKS. WE'LL HAVE ALL OF THE ANSWERS AT THE CONCLUSION OF THIS GAME.
I've pretty much given in to a Jameis style ### kicking

If FSU plays like they did against LSU, and I think they will, we're gonna get kilt. They escaped BC and will use that lesson going forward. It's a nooner so the crowd will be flat. They are motivated after all the losses. Their offense is much better than ours. Eventually our D will break and the flood gates will open. Hell, it looked like the D gave up at the end of the Duke game.

IMO, not that it matters, but I think we get out-athleted in regards to our WR vs. their secondary and their WR vs. our secondary. I think that's where it eventually leads. We lose a lot of jump ball battles and coverage assignments.
Our offense is more balanced than theirs. Our Defense is

better than theirs. Jared Verse has 3 tackles and no sacks. Our secondary is better than theirs. Their QB is dinged up. We are the more desperate team. We will keep them off balance defensively. We are playing at home.
Keon Coleman with no catches and he's publicly PO'd

after the BC game. Only 3 catches against Southern Miss. The frustration is building. That should be a nice distraction. Hopefully, he gets pissy during the game.
will be a blessing. The noles were snoozing last week.
Talent wise, we match up well everywhere except OL and WR. I actually like our DBs in this one, we'll see. I'm giving our front 7 one last shot to make an impact, or they're on my #### list.
2 needs to be smart, chill out, manage the game.
I don't see us winning either. I dunno if I'll even be watching, I'll be in the woods.
BC had over 450yds of offense, 300 on the ground. Were

A much better running team than BC. FSU will sell out to stop the run and make 2 beat them in the air. On paper, we should win this game handily. I’d like that…but that ain’t what’s gonna happen.
I predict us having an offensive errorfest of a game and we got no kicker. Defense should keep it within reason, but I’m saying 29-17 dirty drinkin’ Noles.

threat. I think they’ll put 8 in the box and dare us to throw the mid to deep routes. A time of possession game favors us, so I’d think they want to get our O off the field by covering the run and pressuring Cade, force mistakes not wait for them to happen. Lawd know FSU likes press man on the outside.
Isn't that the adjustment we've been trying to get teams

to make to open up our passing game and get some easy scores? Move more people into the box and play a lot of man to man, especially with FSU's struggles in the back 7?
My 8 year old has a soccer match at 12:00 PM in Fayetnam

so I'll probably not watch any of the game. Not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. Either way, I aint too excited about it. Maybe it is the lack of Clemson Football momentum right now, maybe it is where I am in my life, and maybe it is low testosterone. Not really sure and not sure I care.
