They could offer valuable scholarships to players
Throw in a little cash with the opportunity to play at prestigious schools and the Ivy League could become a powerhouse. Might work since the student part of student-athlete isn't important anymore - ask UGA.

Nice conclusion but where are your facts to back it up? My facts say that before NIL, Clemson and FSU had no problem attracting talent. It is true that the blue bloods like Bama and Ohio always recruited very well, but they always had a back door pay for play program in place

Travis Hunter only went to Jacksonville state because Deion Sanders was the coach there. He followed him to Colorado also

Ashton Jeanty went to Boise. Even though they beat us in Men's basketball, you think that's a better conference than the ACC?
Not taking up for the ACC, it's become garbage, but just saying that top recruits do go to crappy conferences
